Our original business strategy was purchasing foreclosures from banks and      selling them to hedge funds. The process worked favorably for all parties concerned until Covid hit. At that point the banks quit selling and the hedge funds quit buying.

Once Covid subsided, the hedge fund’s buying criteria became so stringent,
it was all but impossible to find properties that met their demands. It was at that point we changed our company’s objective and turned our efforts to locating off-market infill lots for Spec builders in the most favorable areas.

Since then and till now our efforts have been rewarded and we are pleased to continue operating within that business model.
